There was a flame at the end of the hall, it caught the young woman's attention. Her cold blue eyes gazed at it with a kind of warmth, as if the small candle's flame could share it's heat, replace whatever was missing in her.
There had to be something missing, that was why they had sent her here. She walked down the hall, eyes focused on the flame to the point where she didn't notice the hand holding the candle, and the shadowed face watching her with as much interest as she had in the flame.

His face was half in shadows, though a streak of light from the dirty window fell across his dark eyes. He absently brushed a curl of his mess of hair from his face, using his chin to point at the party entering the lobby below.
"Who's she?"
"Some new rich kid being sent off for punishment, no doubt." Was the surly response from behind him.
Victor sighed, it was certainly a possibility. The rich ones were always the worst, and the ladies were just trouble. "Probably sent off for stalking her boyfriend." He mumbled, shaking his head.
"Pyromaniac, I think." The young man that had previously been standing behind Victor came forward, peering

Today is fairly normal. Starts out very well, excited to find something new to work on. Then it goes right down the shitter.
I got Copic markers yesterday! And happily went about attacking some old drawings with them.
That was awesome, rather fun. Though it's going to take a bit of practice to keep them from bleeding out on my paper too much.
